Justin has always been drawn to real estate and home remodeling. Growing up he would help his dad with renovation projects around their house and investment properties where he learned the trade and developed his passion. He started his career as a Structural Engineer, designing bridges for eight years, after obtaining his master’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. He always maintained his interest in real estate and continued to study and learn the business, acquiring his own investment properties along the way.
In 2016, Justin joined Jason in starting Property ReVision where they were able to utilize their engineering backgrounds to analyze, plan, and manage real estate transactions and home remodeling projects. His favorite part of the job is experiencing the joy with their clients after their home is sold/purchased or seeing the drastic transformations that they’ve completed on a renovation project.
Jason has always had a passion to help people and work on renovation projects. His two passions came together when he started Property ReVision in 2016 with Justin. It’s challenging to find trustworthy, reliable help and their goal is to take that worry away. Property ReVision exists to help people in any home related need and to be the people you can turn to whenever you need help.
Jason is originally from Tomah, WI. He moved to Milwaukee in 2009 after graduating from Michigan Tech with an engineering degree. Jason does an incredible job of managing projects with a lot of moving parts and providing outstanding customer service. He and his wife Ashley have three children. When he’s not transforming homes into incredible spaces, you will find Jason on the golf course, spending time with his family and friends, and being active at his church.
Shawn grew up in Janesville, WI. He moved to Milwaukee for school and earned his Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology in 2016 from UW-Milwaukee and his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2019 from UW-Madison. Shawn then worked in outpatient physical therapy with a focus on treating non-surgical injuries. Shawn gained experience in the remodeling industry after completing some of his own home renovations. He remodeled his first house in 2020-2021 via live-in-flip and began his second, much larger project in 2022. He loved the problem solving and creativity required to remodel an old home. Shawn found more happiness in renovations than he did in his day-to-day work as a Physical Therapist so he decided to trade his goniometer for a hammer.
Being a Physical Therapist allowed Shawn to develop many strong relationships with patients. Being a part of the Property ReVision team allows him the chance to continue to meet new people, develop relationships, and watch individuals reach their goals. The people will always be Shawn’s favorite part of a job. In his spare time, Shawn enjoys being active, remodeling his home, and exploring Wauwatosa’s breweries and restaurants with his wife, Kate, and their dog, Jet.
Amber’s interest in residential design and renovation started at a young age while driving through Wichita, KS. The old homes were beautiful, but in need of major TLC. Originally applying to UW-Milwaukee for Architecture, her path led her to an 8-year career at Direct Supply, selling and managing furniture and equipment purchases for Senior Living renovations and new builds.
In 2012, Amber and her husband bought a fixer upper which reignited her passion for home restoration and renovation. Amber began her Interior Design degree at MATC in 2014 and joined the Property ReVision team in early 2017.  Amber is passionate about working with our clients to provide a fun and stress-free experience. She plays a critical role on our design team. Amber and her husband Nick have four children and two dogs. When she is not working, Amber enjoys camping and spending time with friends and family.
Chari grew up in Milwaukee, WI. She has always had a love for design, art, and color. Chari discovered her passion for interior design after completing several DIY home projects. Over the past seven years, she owned a business where she operated as an Event Planner. Chari graduated from Milwaukee Area Technical College with an Interior Design degree. Upon graduation, Chari interned at Olson House assisting with design projects and staging.
Chari and her husband Fred have three children, Jade, Hunter and Ivy. In her downtime, Chari loves to redesign old desks and turn them into makeup vanities. She joined Property ReVision because she wants to design functional spaces and help provide insightful solutions. Chari is a ray of sunshine and we are blessed to have her on our team.

Andrew grew up in Kenosha, WI. His early exposure to carpentry through his uncle’s business created a passion that he carried into his college years. Andrew gained hands-on experience building homes for his uncle during college breaks. The combination of earning his Bachelor of Science degree from UW-Stevens Point and his practical building experience laid a solid foundation for his career.
After graduation, Andrew worked part-time as a police officer while simultaneously pursuing a full-time career as a carpenter. For five years, Andrew built new homes, refining his skills and gaining invaluable experience before embarking on a new chapter with the Property ReVision team.
Even outside work, you will find Andrew building. He flipped his first home in Burlington, renovated his next home in Waterford and more recently built a brand new home for his family. Andrew and his wife Becca have two girls, Tatum and Teagan. His favorite part of working with Property ReVision was showing up to his first day with a clear plan and making those visions come to life. Outside of work, Andrew enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing, playing softball and going on many road trips with his wife.

James grew up in the Oak Creek/Franklin area. He detailed cars for 12 years, but had a burning desire to do carpentry since high school. In September of 2020, James decided to chase his dreams and started a job in new construction rough framing. Learning rough framing first was a strategic move, as it provided a solid foundation for his future goals in remodeling and finish carpentry.
James is very excited to be part of the Property ReVision team assisting with finish carpentry and finish installation. When he is not working, James enjoys spending time with his daughter, kayak fishing, camping, shooting, golf, and woodworking projects (mainly custom wooden flags).
