This new home was built with the intention of adding a golf simulator in the basement. The basement had 9 foot ceilings and a deeper area was dug for the simulator to achieve the desired 10 ft ceiling height; perfect to be able to complete a full swing! The space features brick walls and plenty of seating for guests to socialize or the family to enjoy a movie. The basement also boasts a beautiful bar area with eye-catching geometric backsplash, illuminated floating shelving and even a putting green located near the window for plenty of natural light.
