We worked with Property ReVision for our kitchen and living room remodel, and we couldn't be happier with the results. From our initial consultation with Kesler, to the design meeting with Chari and Theresa, and then throughout the construction with our project manager Shawn, they were professional, responsive, and easy to work with.Throughout our project, everyone that worked in our home was respectful of our space and kept the worksite clean. The quality of workmanship was outstanding. Every detail was carefully handled- from the carpentry and tile work to the lighting and painting. Everyone on the construction crew was always willing to talk through with us what they were working on, answer questions we had, and even give suggestions about what would work best in our space.Shawn’s communication about what would be happening each day was excellent throughout the project—he kept us updated on progress and addressed any questions or concerns promptly. He was patient and helpful any time we were concerned with a choice we had made and maybe wanted to make some changes. Our designer Chari was always willing to help make design decisions to help make our vision for our home come to life.If you are looking to do a project in your home, we would highly recommend using Property ReVision. The Bertolli clan can't say enough wonderful things about our team at Property Revision! Chari, Shawn and Eric thank you for being so easy to work with and trust through the process of reimagining our basement. We had a vision and theme for what we wanted to do with the small space we had (900 sq ft ish) and it came to life. Modern style, accommodating, hassle free when it came to permits/village paperwork, great listeners and just down to earth cool crew! If we asked for ANYTHING, it was addressed immediately. Sink delivered broken, replaced asap! We have received so many compliments about the design, layout and quality of work. At our closing meeting, the team asked what our favorite item was of the basement and honestly it was too hard to pick one. We enjoy the space so much! Even the sub-contractors were great! The plumbers, painter, electricians, Hugo, we can go on and on. LOVE the cabinetry. Our advice, know what you want, show them who you are, it makes creating something together so much smoother and fun. Property Revision, you have an excellent team!

Words cannot adequately describe the quality of the work done by this company. Shawn and his crew are exceptional. We hired them to do an entire office remodel. From start to finish, their work was 10/10. The attention to detail was off the charts - I have had clients come into my building who are carpenters who have pointed out and admired the finish carpentry work. The other thing about the company is that ALL of their subcontractors are good people too. Truly everyone connected with this organization is professional, prompt and goes above and beyond. Trust me, you will not be disappointed with Property ReVision taking care of your project. If they can handle a two story office remodel down to the studs, then they can handle anything.

We hired Property ReVision to remodel our unfinished basement. From start to finish, everyone on the team was easy to work with, responsive, and worked with us to make the space our own and we could not be more satisfied with the outcome. Chari did a great job with the design team to help us simplify the selection process and Shawn managed the project with clear communication and regular updates. CoConstruct was also a great way for us to see progress and updates as the project moved along and finished in a timely manner. Highly recommend the team we worked with and Property ReVision!

We completed a basement renovation through Property ReVision and are extremely happy with the end result. Property Revision recently renovated our basement (approximate 1300 sq ft), giving us a full bath, media area, recreation area, wet bar, dedicated gym and large storage area. From our very first interaction with Kessler (who gave a spot-on estimate) and the design team of Chari and Amber we knew that we would be in good hands. Chari and Amber easily grasped our basement vision and helped to make it a reality. Once construction was underway several unexpected snags were dealt with reasonably and quickly. Our project manager, Shawn, was outstanding. He was easy to get ahold of and always seemed happy to answer any questions or concerns we had. The framers, drywallers, plumbers, electrician and finish carpenters were all knowledgeable, friendly and reliable.We have undertaken several large renovation projects on our homes--this was the most pleasant experience that we have had. We couldn't be happier with the end result! I am recommending Property Revision to everyone I know!!!

We did a complete basement remodel. This company was amazing!!!! They hold your hand from the start helping you design your basement and pick finishes. They move quickly and do outstanding work. We have friends who chose different companies and our basement looks so much better than theirs and the price was basically the same. During entire process they take care of everything and are quick to adjust to your needs. Highly recommend them!!!
This was our first time doing a big remodel, we interviewed 4 companies and decided on this one. The entire team is friendly, chill, and quick to respond. They answered all our questions and explained everything very well. Our project manager, Todd, was awesome to work with. He handled everything and was quick to resolve issues that came up. Our basement remodel experience with Property ReVision was beyond anything we could have expected. The communication throughout the process was incredible and they responded almost immediately to every question or concern we had along the way.
