You finalize the proposal with us and
sign the contract. This step officially
secures your project on our
construction schedule.
STEP 3
Our Interior Designer and Production Manager meet you at your home to walk the space, confirm details, and kick off the project.
STEP 4
6-8 Weeks
You collaborate closely with your
Designer to finalize construction
drawings and select all materials and
finishes. Our designers make suggestions
for a cohesive space that is your style.
STEP 5
Your Project Manager leads our construction team in transforming your space with precision and care. You’ll receive consistent updates through our CoConstruct project management software, keeping you informed every step of the way.
STEP 6
Once construction begins, a completion date is established. If we miss that deadline, we pay you $100 per day for every day we go beyond—guaranteed.
