Property Revision just completed a master bath remodel and full basement finishing project (including egress, kitchenette and full bath). We are very happy with the results and the process. We had a pretty negative experience with a previous contractor and are so happy we ended up working property revision instead. Randy worked very hard to make sure we got what we wanted and kept this large project within the promised budget. Once the project started it was kept on pace, a couple very small things dangled at the end but we were able to begin using our new space while we waited (which we didn’t mind as we had total trust that these things would indeed be taken care of). We would definitely work with them again on future projects and trust their work and commitment. Consider yourself fortunate if Logan is on your project. He is meticulous, takes great pride in his work, and genuinely cares about the finished product and customer satisfaction.

Having built 3 homes and finished 2 basements in the last 30 years of marriage, we can say that Property ReVision has been the *best* contractor we've ever worked with. The process was as perfect as it could get. Every aspect of Property ReVision is top-notch...Communication, the Design Team (shout-out to Chari & Amber), the Construction Management software (CoConstruct) used that organizes & shows all aspects of the project, & the ability to manage the project to ensure it flows & finishes on time. Property ReVision has all its specialties in-house (HUGE plus)...their own plumbers, painters, electricians, etc, so no reliance on outside sub-contractors! And, the Project Manager is one of the owners, ensuring quality control and high standards met.

Property ReVision did a fabulous job on my first floor renovation. They provided seamless design through Elizabeth and hands on attention to detail through Jason and their extended teams.
While I had certain preconceived ideas on what I wanted, Elizabeth brought creativity and balanced cost in the design process. She was able to articulate how finishes would work with each other. She listened to my ideas and was able to interpret inspirational examples such that no negative surprises occurred—just a beautiful and unique home that my family is loving.
Jason brought practical experience to keep things on track and left nothing to chance. His hands on approach to shoveling snow to keep deliveries on time after a surprise storm demonstrated his commitment. The quality and craftsmanship brought to my remodel is a hallmark of Property Revision’s professionalism! Some of the things I love the most (lighting and finishes), I hadn’t even thought about in the design process. When I encountered something I didn’t like, Jason jumped in with thoughtful solutions.
